摘要:目的 了解海南省劳教妇女对艾滋病的知识、态度及危险行为的状况，为制定该人群的艾滋病控制策略提供理论依据。 方法 采用统一设计的问卷对劳教所的劳教妇女进行面对面调查。 结果 调查对象的平均年龄为20.0岁，未婚占43.8%，66.4%为文盲/半文盲，48.4%无职业，78.0%有卖淫行为，15.5%吸毒。对性交、共用注射器、母婴传播三种艾滋病传播途径的知晓率分别为56.3%、61.7%和84.6%，但对不传播艾滋病行为的知晓率均低于50%。安全套使用率低，21.9%的人每次都使用安全套，39.8%的人从未使用过安全套。 结论 劳教妇女的艾滋病知识水平低，相关危险行为发生率高，应开展全面系统的健康教育。

    Abstract:Objective To understand knowledge，attitude and risk behaviors related to AIDS among women imprisoned for reedu-cation through labor in Hainan Province，and to provide evidence for the implementation of AIDS control policies.
