1225例住院患者抗菌药物应用分析

摘要 目的 了解住院患者抗菌药物使用情况，探讨其用药特点及合理性。方法 抽取出院病历1225份，对抗菌药物使用情况进行回顾性分析。结果 住院患者抗菌药物使用率为80.4%，应用抗菌药9类40种，其中使用1～3种抗菌药物占78.5%，多为一联、二联用药，用药天数4～14d占60.7%。结论 抗菌药物使用基本合理，个别不合理现象亟待改进。关键词 抗菌药物；合理使用；调查
