作者介绍：邹季，毕业于武汉大学医学院及湖北中医学院研究生部，90年代初破格提拔晋升为教授，主任医师。从事骨伤科医药、教学、科研以及教学管理、医院管理(兼)工作近30年，发表论文60余篇，出版著作8部，完成科研项目十几项，其中获奖6项。早年分别应邀赴德国Tübingen大学医学院及奥地利STOLZALPE医院讲学及研修老年性骨关节病、骨关节创伤。

    [摘要] 目的 评价139例腰椎滑脱症的后路减压、复位内固定及植骨融合手术的疗效，探讨手术技术原则和注意事项，阐明本病的病因病理及手术治疗机制。方法 对101例手术患者的随访资料进行分析，以复位效果及临床疗效两大指标系统进行评价。结果 101例手术患者随访结果显示，两项指标系统均有较高的优良率。结论 后路减压复位内固定及植骨融合术治疗腰椎滑脱症是一种满意的手术方法。

    Posterior-discompression and reduction-fixation and intertransversal fusion in treatment of spondylotisthesis

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effects of the operation of posterior-discompression.Reduction-fixation and intertransversal fusion on spondylolisthesis.To explore the principles of the operation and important techniques.To expound the etiology and pathology and treatment machnism of the operation on spondylolisthesis.Methods To analyses the materials of 101 patients of following-up，evaluating two index-systems of their reduction and symptoms and signs.Results The outcome of following-up of 101 patients showed that all two index-systems had a higher excellent or good rate.Conclusion The operation of posterior discompression reduction-fixation and intertransversal fusion is a satisfying procedure. ......
