[摘要] 目的 了解目前公务员亚健康状态的分布及探讨其影响因素。方法 采用多媒体显微诊断仪(THMMDI)检测及调查问卷对1823例公务员进行亚健康调查，并对调查结果进行单因素及非条件多因素Logistic回归分析。结果 公务员亚健康状态发生率为48.82%，多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示影响亚健康状态的相关因素主要有年龄、吸烟、饮酒、工作压力、体育锻炼。结论 公务员亚健康状态发生率相当高，主要应该通过注意劳逸结合、克服不良生活习惯、加强体育锻炼、调整饮食结构等措施来改善健康状况。
