[摘要] 目的 探讨护理干预对乙型肝炎病毒母婴传播阻断的作用。方法 对乙肝病毒携带孕产妇有计划、有步骤、有针对性地进行有效的护理干预及健康教育。结果 787例孕妇所分娩的新生儿母婴传播阻断率达到98.9%。结论 通过加强乙肝病毒携带孕妇围产期的健康教育，可有效阻断乙肝病毒的母婴传播，对提高全民素质具有重要意义。

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss the nursing interference on the block of delivery transmission by hepatitis B virus.Methods The pregnant and parturient women carried with HBV need a systemic effective nursing intervention and health education step by step.Results The delivery transmission block rate over 99% of 787 newborns.Conclusion To emphasize the health education and related nursing care to those who have pregnancy hepatitis B virus can effective raise block of delivery transmitting by hepatitis B virus.
