硝普钠、氯沙坦联合治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床观察 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨硝普钠、氯沙坦联合治疗顽固性心衰的治疗效果。方法 对128例顽固性心衰患者静脉滴注硝普钠，口服氯沙坦，并于治疗前、治疗后以心脏彩超检查，同时行心脏正位片、测量血压、心率、观察肺部啰音、水肿变化。结果 与治疗前比较，治疗后左室舒张末径(LDV)、心输出量(CO)增多、左室射血分数(EF)增加，心胸比值缩小，血压、心率、肺部啰音、水肿明显改善(P<0.01)。临床总有效率治疗后为93.5%。 结论 硝普钠、氯沙坦联合治疗顽固性心衰疗效显著。

Clinical observation on refractory heart failure treated by sodium nitroprusside with losartan

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect on refractory heart failure by sodium nitroprusside and losertan.Methods 128 patients with refractory heart failure were treated by sodium nitroprusside via venous transfusion,togethet with losertan via oral administration.All the cases were examined by cardiac color ultrasourd,radiate ray image,blood pressure,heart rates,etc.And attention was also paid to pulmonary rales and edema. Results After the treatment,left ventricular endexpansion volume,cardiac output and left ventricular ejection fraction added,compared with pretreatment.Cardiothoracic ratio decreased,and the situations of blood pressure,heart rate,pulmonary rales and edema were improved significantly (P<0.01).The total clinical effective rate after treatment is 91.4 percentage. Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside and losertan is significantly effective to treat refractory heart failure. ......
