【摘要】 目的 探讨阿立哌唑对精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法 80例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组(治疗组)40例和舒必利组(对照组)40例。治疗组使用阿立哌唑治疗，对照组使用舒必利治疗,疗程8周。分别于治疗前和治疗后2、4、6、8周应用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、副反应量表(TESS)进行疗效及安全性评定。结果 治疗组总有效率(92.5%)与对照组(90%)比较，差异无显著性(P>0.05)。治疗组显效率(70%)明显高于对照组(52.5%)，两者相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗组副反应明显少于对照组。结论 阿立哌唑对精神分裂症疗效肯定，副反应少。

    A clinical study on treating schizophrenia with aripiprazole

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole on the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into two groups: 40 cases in the study group were treated with aripiprazole, 40 cases in the control group were treated with sulpiride. The duration time is 8 weeks. With PANSS and TESS tables, the results were evaluated 2,4,6,8 weeks before and after the treatment. Results There has not statistical difference(P > 0.05) between the study group (92.5%) and the control group (90%) in total effective rate. There have statistical difference (P< 0.05) between the study group (70%) and the control group (52.5%) in significant effective rate. As for side effects, the study group is less than the control group. Conclusions Aripiprazole shows better efficacy on the treatment of schizophrenia, and has less side effects. ......
