摘要:目的 研究灵芝孢子油软胶囊对小鼠免疫功能的影响。 方法 分别以125、250、500mg/kg BW剂量的灵芝孢子油软胶囊给小鼠连续灌胃30～45d，测定各项免疫指标。 结果 灵芝孢子油软胶囊能促进小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增值、转化作用，促进小鼠的迟发型变态反应，提高小鼠的抗体生成细胞数、血清溶血素水平，促进小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬能力，显著提高小鼠的NK细胞活性。 结论 灵芝孢子油软胶囊具有增强免疫力功能作用。

    Abstract:Objective To study the impact of G.lucidum spores Softgel on the immune function of mice.
