摘要:目的 了解广西合浦县鼠疫自然疫源地室内地面游离蚤的种类、构成和季节消长，为制定鼠疫防制对策提供依据。 方法 对合浦县1987～2005年的鼠疫监测资料进行分析和评价。 结果 合浦县室内地面游离蚤有5种，人蚤占93.40%，为优势蚤种;年平均蚤指数为0.0536，以1～4月和11～12月为高峰期。 结论 可以了解蚤种构成和密度变化，从而可及早发现鼠间鼠疫。
