摘要:目的 探讨运用微柱凝胶法技术检测孕妇血清中IgG抗A(B)血型抗体水平的效果，以预防新生儿溶血病的发生。 方法 采用微柱凝胶技术检测IgG抗A(B)血型抗体效价，并对阳性者予以相应的治疗。 结果 1539例孕妇中IgG抗A(B)效价≤1:64的1002例，≥1:128的537例，其中231例经中药治疗后复查，180例IgG A(B)效价降至1:64以下，51例无变化，总有效率为78%。 结论 用微柱凝胶技术检测孕妇血清中IgG抗体水平具有操作快速、简便、准确、灵敏度及特异性大大高于试管法，具有重复性好，结果客观、实验样本量少、生物污染少以及结果可以长期保存等优点。
