武汉部分地区儿童血脂水平调查分析

[摘要] 目的 调查武汉部分地区儿童血脂水平。方法 采用酶法检测血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)；遮蔽法测定高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)；酶法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)；免疫透射比浊法测定载脂蛋白A1和B(Apo A1、Apo B)，均上机自动化检测。结果 选择健康儿童316名(2～14岁)，所测血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、Apo A1和Apo B浓度(x±s)分别为：(3.55±0.74)mmol/L、(1.03±0.46)mmol/L、(1.40±0.36)mmol/L、(2.2±0.60)mmol/L、(1.50±0.22)g/L、(0.70±0.15)g/L。按95%可信限计算，儿童组血清TC、TG、LDL-C、Apo B最高上限值分别为4.2 mmol/L、1.9 mmol/L、2.8 mmol/L、1.0 g/L，以上各项与成人血脂水平比较，均差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 本文所测儿童血脂水平可作为诊断和监测动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病和其他脂类代谢异常相关疾病的诊断参考范围。[关键词] 血脂；儿童；参考范围
