上腹痛患儿胃电图与胃镜关系初步探讨

[摘要] 目的 探讨小儿上腹痛患儿胃电图与胃镜的相关性，更好地指导临床。方法 采用胃肠电图计算机处理系统对200例小儿上腹痛患儿进行检测，并同时做胃镜对照，以观察两者之间的异同点。结果 以胃镜检查为依据，两者以浅表性胃炎相符率最高达90.2%，其他疾病二者相符率虽低，但总结了一定的规律与原因。结论 找出二者异同点，不断完善胃电图检测方法，在儿科临床的广泛应用对儿童胃肠道疾病的诊断有较好的实用价值。[关键词] 小儿上腹痛；胃电图；胃镜
Study of electrogastrographic and gastroscopy examination on children with gastric abscess

[Abstract] Objective To explore the relationship between electrogastrographic and gastroscopy examination on children with gastric abscess.Methods 200 cases were undertaken by electrogastrographic (EGEG-5D2 system) and gastroscopy text (Olympus GIF-XP).Results The coincidence rate of chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) patients was the highest(92.3%),and the others was low.Conclusion Electrogastrographic is useful for the diagnoses of children’s digestive tract disease.
