摘要:目的 分析清远市某小学一起流感爆发的流行特征，评价预防控制措施，为今后流感的防制提供科学依据。 方法 参考照《国家流行性感冒诊断标准及处理原则》(GB15994-1995)对市、县两级疾控机构调查处理的资料进行流行病学调查分析。 结果 共80人发病，其中学生78例，教职工2例，学生罹患率27.68%，教师罹患率22.22%。检出病原为H 3 N 2 型流感病毒。 结论 这是一起H 3 N 2 型流感病毒爆发疫情，经对疫点采取相应的处理措施，疫情被有效控制。

    Survey of an outbreak of H 3 N 2 influenza virus infection in a primary school of Qingyuan City.

    Abstract:Objective To understand the prevalent features of influenza outbreak in a primary school of Qingyuan City and the control measures were evaluated so as to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of the disease in the future. Methods The data concerning the prevalence of influenza recorded by disease control and prevention institutions at city and county levels were analyzed according to the National standard of diagnosis of influenza and the principle of management(GB15994-1995). Re-sults There were80cases including78middle school students and2teachers with incidence of27.68%and22.22%.The H3N2influenza virus strain was identified.
