经直肠彩色多普勒血流显像对前列腺肿瘤诊断的评价 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨经直肠彩色多普勒血流显像对前列腺的良恶性结节鉴别诊断的临床应用价值。方法 回顾性分析直肠彩色多普勒检查的80例前列腺肿瘤血流特征，并与病理结果对照分析。结果 80例中前列腺周缘区低回声结节穿刺活检证实前列腺癌45例，前列腺增生症35例。周缘区低回声内血流增多43例，其中前列腺癌36例。经直肠彩色普勒血流显像检查结节内血流增加对诊断前列腺癌的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值分别为80.0%、80.0%、83.7%。结论 经直肠彩色多普勒血流显像检查可以敏感地显示前列腺肿瘤的细小血流信号，其丰富程度对肿瘤结节良恶性鉴别诊断有一定帮助。

    Evaluation of prostatic tumor diagnosed by transrectal color Doppler flow imaging

    [Abstract] Objective To study role of transrectal color Doppler flow imaging in differentiation of benign and malignant tumor of prostatic gland.Methods The characteristics of blood flow examined by transrectal color Doppler flow imaging were analyzed retrospectively and compared pathologically in 80 prostatic tumor.Results Transrectal ulrasound-guilded biopsy of the prostate tumor revealed prostate cancer in 45 patients and benign prostate hypertrophy in 35 patients.The increase of flow signal was in 43 patients,45 of them were prostate cancer.For an increased flow signal within a prostate tumor as a signal of prostate cancer,transrectal color Doppler flow imaging has a sensitivity of 80%,a specificity of 80%,and a positive predictive value of 83.7%.Conclusion The tiny blood flow of prostate tumor is revealed sensitively by transrectal color Doppler flow imaging,for their rich degree in malignancy and benignity differential diagnosis is clinically valuable. ......
