【摘 要】 目的 通过观察冠心病合并糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)和尿酸(UA)变化，探讨其临床意义。方法 检测观察组45例冠心病合并糖尿病患者CRP和UA水平，分别与冠心病组和非冠心病组各30例进行对比分析。结果 3组年龄、性别构成比较，差异无显著意义(P>0.05)；观察组CRP和UA水平明显增高，与冠心病组和非冠心病组比较均有显著差异(分别为P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论 CRP和UA水平增高，对预测冠心病合并糖尿病病情和预后有重要意义。【关键词】 冠心病；糖尿病；C反应蛋白；尿酸

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of creactive protein (CRP) and uric acid (UA) in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus.Methods The levels of CRP and UA in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus (n=45),patients with coronary heart disease (n=30) and normal subjects (n=30) were measured.Results There were no different in age and sex between the three groups (P<0.05).The expression of CRP and UA in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes mellitus were higher than those of normal control group and coronary heart disease group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The high expression of CRP and UA may contribute to assess the disease and prognosis. ......
