摘要:目的 观察微波治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效，为临床治疗提供依据。 方法 应用微波治疗仪治疗脂溢性角化病，6个月后观察疗效。 结果 治疗231例脂溢性角化病，有效率92.2%，复发18例，复发率为7.8%。 结论 微波治疗有效、安全，提示复发可能与患者血脂代谢异常及治疗深度有关。关键词:微波;脂溢性角化病;疗效
