摘要:目的 探讨肺炎性假瘤的特点及其外科处理。 方法 回顾分析16例肺炎性假瘤病例的特点，从而找出其与肺癌等的不同点及相同点，总结外科处理的经验。 结果 肺炎性假瘤患者80%以上无症状，X线和CT表现缺乏特异性，易与肺癌相混淆，肿瘤核素显像对鉴别诊断有一定帮助。 结论 对于肺部不明性质的肿块宜手术切除。
