早期原发性支气管肺类癌的临床和影像学诊断 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨早期原发性支气管肺类癌的临床、胸部CR片及CT诊断。方法 对经手术及病理确诊资料完整的18例肺类癌，回顾性统计和分析其临床、胸部CR片及CT表现。结果 临床主要表现为咳嗽8例，余者均为查体中发现。胸部CR片肿瘤位于右肺11例，左肺7例；12例呈圆或类圆形，密度均匀，6例见浅分叶。CT扫描，8例圆形，10例分叶状，2例见中心密度减低的坏死区，肿瘤的平均直径1.8 cm，平扫平均CT值35.6 HU，注入对比剂后均有不同程度增强，CT值平均上升26.8 HU。结论 肺类癌的表现缺乏特征性，若能认真分析胸部CR片及CT的每一征象，密切结合临床表现，完全可以提高本病术前诊断水平。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical manifestations，chest CR film and CT diagnosis of early primary bronchial-pulmonary carcinoid.Methods Nine cases of primary bronchial-pulmonary carcinoid confirmed by operation and pathology were analyzed retrospectively.Results The clinical manifestations were cough in 8 cases and others were found in checking body.Chest plain film showed lesions of right lung in 11 cases and lesions of left lung in 7 cases.Lesions in 12 cases were circular or ecllipse with homogeneous density.Lesions in 6 cases were lobulated.CT showed lesions in 8 cases were circular and 10 cases were lobulated ......
