[摘 要]目的: 探讨钛网包裹游离骨移植治疗四肢骨缺损的效果。 方法: 选用40只新西兰实验大白兔，分成二组，制成骨缺损模型。分别予以单纯游离植骨和钛网植骨移植，术后4，8，12，16周取材，通过X线检查、组织学检查等手段进行对比研究。结果: 单纯骨移植，可在16周基本完成骨缺损修复，但有较高的骨不愈合率;钛网植骨移植， 在12周即可基本完成骨缺损的修复，其成骨速度及成骨质量均优于单纯骨移植。结论: 钛网包裹游离骨移植利于骨的紧密接触，并且有一定的固定支持作用，且不影响周围血管经网孔的长入，利于骨缺损的修复，且其相溶性较好，可任意塑形。
