[摘 要] 目的: 观察窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗白癜风的临床疗效。方法: 随机选取98 例患者，治疗组49例采用NB-UVB与卡介菌多糖核酸联合治疗，对照组49例单独采用NB-UVB治疗，并将二组皮损 面积大的进展期患者进行疗效分析。 结果: 治疗组有效率为83.67%，对照组有效率为51.02%( χ2=11.76，P <0.05)，两组疗效比较差异有显著性。进展期患者治疗组有效率为71.43%，对照组有效率为42.86%( χ2=4.58， P<0.05)，两组疗效比较差异有显著性。结论: NB-UVB联合卡介菌多糖核酸治疗白癜风疗效确切，尤其对于进展期的 白癜风患者有明显的增强复色作用及控制皮损发展的疗效。

    [Abstract] Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of Narrow Band Ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) associ-ate with Polysaccharide Nucleic Acidfraction of Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG-PSN) for treatment of vitili-go.
