彩超对精索静脉曲张的诊断价值 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨彩超对精索静脉曲张(Vc)的诊断及对临床制订治疗方案的价值。方法 回顾性分析73例经彩超诊断的精索静脉曲张患者声像表现，根据有无返流将其分为有返流组和无返流组，并将患侧与健侧进行比较，诊断结果与手术对照。结果 在平静呼吸时，两组间扩张的静脉内径差异无显著性(P>0.05)，在做Valsalva呼吸时，则差异有显著性(P<0.05),有返流组内径大于无返流组；平静呼吸及Valsalva呼吸时，患侧精索静脉内径均大于健侧(P<0.05)。与手术结果对照，彩超对Vc的诊断符合率为100%。结论 彩超是诊断Vc的首选检查，有、无返流的分型对选择手术方式有重要参考意义。

    [Abstract] Objective To study the diagnosis value of varicocele (Vc) using color Doppler ultrasound and the significance in clinical treatment.Methods The ultrasound data of 65 patients were analyzed retrospectively,and divided into two groups according to their flows.Results There was significant difference in the interior diameter of spermatic vein between the two groups in Valsalva experiment (P<0.05),but no significant difference in eupnoea (P>0.05).The interior diameters of spermatic vein in Vc patients were bigger than those without Vc in eupnoea and Valsava experiment.Comparing with the results of operation,color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis was 100%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has important value in diagnosis of Vc,and provides useful information in selecting the way of operation. ......
