[摘要]目的 评价三维动态增强(3D DCE) CT扫描对肝癌病人门脉受侵的诊断价值。方法 57例病人在肝脏手术或门脉造影前接受门脉3D DCE CT检查，以手术或造影为标准，对171条门脉主干和分支血管的3D DCE CT扫描结果进行评价。结果 手术或造影发现41支门脉血管受肿瘤侵犯，3D DCE CT扫描检出了41支病变血管中的35支，其准确性为85%。结论 3D DCE CT扫描能较准确地判断肝癌病人门脉受累的情况。
