[摘要]目的 探讨血清Ⅲ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PⅢNP)及CA15-3对乳癌诊断的价值。方法 以接受手术治疗的58例女性乳癌病人为研究对象。正常对照组为29例女性健康查体者。采用放射免疫法检测正常对照及乳癌病人术前血清PⅢNP及CA15-3水平。结果 各期乳癌病人血清PⅢNP水平较正常对照组明显升高，且随TNM分期期次升高，PⅢNP水平逐渐升高。与CA15-3联检可提高检测的灵敏度，而特异度未降低。结论 PⅢNP与乳癌分期密切相关，PⅢNP可作为乳癌诊断的重要参考指标。PⅢNP与CA15-3联检，可提高乳癌诊断的灵敏度，而特异度未降低。
