晶状体异物合并外伤性白内障治疗15例临床分析

摘要：目的 评估晶状体异物合并外伤性白内障治疗的临床效果。方法 对15例晶状体异物合并外伤性白内障病例进行回顾性分析。晶状体异物取出、白内障超声乳化或前段玻璃体切割以及人工晶状体的植入同期完成，13眼植入后房型人工晶状体，2眼植入前房型人工晶状体。结果 晶状体异物全部顺利取出，超声乳化或前段玻璃体切割及人工晶状体的植入同期完成。术后半年到一年，视力0.05～0.3者9例，0.4～0.8者5例，1.0者1例。2眼发生虹膜后粘连。结论 大多数晶状体异物合并外伤性白内障的病例可通过手术及人工晶状体的同期植入得到安全有效的治疗。关键词：晶状体异物；外伤性白内障；人工晶状体植入；视力
Clinical Analysis of 15 Cases for the Treatment on Intralenticular Foreign Body Combined with Traumatic Cataract

ABSTRACT: Objective To assess clinical and therapeutic outcomes in intralenticular foreign body combined with traumatic cataracts. Methods Retrospective study of 15 cases of intralenticular foreign body with traumatic cataracts. Traumatic cataract extraction by phacoemulsification or anterior vitreotomy, intralenticular foreign boyd extraction and intraocular lens implantation were performed at the same time in fifteen patients, 13 were implanted in posterior chamber, 2 having zonular rupture were implanted in anterior chamber. Results Intralenticular foreign bodies were removed successfully with phacoemulsification or anterior vitreotomy and intraocular lens implantation were performed in 15 cases. Six or twelve months after operation the visual acuity were 0.05～0.3 in 9 cases, 0.4～0.8 in 5 cases and 1.0 in 1 case. Retroiridian adhesion occured in 2 eyes. Conclusion The majority of eyes suffered from intralenticular foreign body with traumatic cataract could be safely rehabilitated after the conduct of surgery and lens implantation at the same time. ......
