     双腔球囊漂浮导管气道内置入治疗顽固性气胸的护理 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的探讨双腔球囊漂浮导管气道内置入治疗顽固性气胸的护理方法，并评价其疗效及安全性。方法丝线固定、双腔球囊漂浮导管与纤维支气管镜并行气道内置入，探测并粘堵肺破裂所属段或亚段支气管，对患者实施术前准备、术中配合和术后全程护理。结果顽固性气胸患者6例一次粘堵成功,1例二次粘堵成功，无明显不良反应。结论术前、中、后全程整体护理是确保本方法安全和疗效的重要基础。

    Endobronchial SwanGanz catheter therapy for intractable pneumothorax

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of a new method to treat intractable pneumothorax with endobronchial SwanGanz catheter tamponade and fibrin glue sealing.Methods Parallel placement of SwanGanz catheter and fibrobronchoscopy fixed by thread,then searching and sealing the broken segment or subsegment.Put preparative before operation,cooperate during operation and tending after operation in practice. Results Six patients healed at first trying and one at second,no obvious side effects. Conclusion The method to treat intractable pneumothorax is simple,effective and safe. ......
