摘要:目的 探讨利用RSP200加样仪及Spectra酶标仪将传统手工操作的TPPA改良为一种简易的自动化检测技术的可行性。 方法 应用RSP200的logic软件编制程序，控制加样仪进行加样、梯度稀释、加试剂;应用Spectra酶标仪的EargAgl软件，编制TPPA凝集法的结果判读程序。 结果 对中国药品生物制品检定所的梅毒螺旋体抗体诊断试剂国家参比品进行考评，1～10号样本检测结果为阳性、11～30号样本检测结果为阴性，结果同标准符合率100%;对卫生部临床检验中心及广东省临床检验中心的40例室间质评样本检测，结果同靶值的符合率100%;对39544例无偿献血者标本检测，检出阳性205例，阳性检出率0.52%。 结论 利用RSP200加样仪和Spectr酶标仪建立的改良微板技术可实现TPPA检测的简易自动化，具有快速、准确等优点。

    Abstract:Objective To explore the feasibility of automatically detecting antibody to Treponema pallidum by using modified tra-ditional PPA method. Methods Logic software was programmed for control the RSP200sampling spreader and the program for reading the results of TPPA agglutination was prepared based on the software for EargAg1enzyme immunosorbent reader. Results The reagents produced by National Institute for differentiation of Drug and Bioproduct for detecting the antibody against Treponema pallidum used in the comparative study.The results showed that No.1to No.10samples gave positive results and No.11to No.30samples gave negative results ......
