DNA修复酶和拓朴异构酶Ⅱα在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义

     【摘要】目的: 探讨乳腺癌中拓朴异构酶Ⅱα(TopoⅡα)和DNA修复酶(MGMT)表达的相关性及临床意义。方法: 采用SABC免疫组织化学方法，检测76例乳腺癌标本中TopoⅡα和MGMT的表达率。结果: 乳腺癌中MGMT阳性率为5921%(45/76)，TopoⅡα阳性率为6842%(52/76)。TopoⅡα和MGMT有低度相关性(γ=0234)，61岁以上老年组TopoⅡα和MGMT阳性率均低于60岁以下组，有淋巴结转移组阳性率高于无转移组。结论: TopoⅡα和MGMT过表达率与乳癌患者年龄及有否淋巴结癌转移有关。检测乳腺癌中TopoⅡα和MGMT对提示预后和临床选择化学治疗方案有指导意义。

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To investigate the relationship between TopoⅡαand MGMT and its clinical significance in human breast cancer.
