摘要：目的 观察可明胶囊治疗单纯型糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)的疗效。方法 将60例单纯型DR患者随机分为2组，每组30例。对照组患者接受常规的对症、支持治疗；实验组患者在常规治疗基础上服用可明胶囊。比较2组患者治疗开始时、治疗后1个月和2个月的视力及眼底病变情况。 结果 实验组患者治疗后1个月及2个月的视力及眼底病变的改善均优于对照组(均P<0.05)；2组患者均未出现明显毒副反应和副作用。 结论 可明胶囊治疗单纯型DR的疗效显著，安全性高，是治疗该病的有效药物。

    Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy with Kerman Capsule

    ABSTRACT:Objective To observe the clinical effects of kerman capsule for the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR). Methods In the experimental group, 30 patients with DR were treated with kerman capsule combined with routine treatment, while 30 patients with DR were only treated with routine treatment as a control group. The visual acuity and fundi were examined and compared before and after the therapy in the two groups. Results The improvement of visual acuity and retinopathy of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group (P<0.05). No significant side effects were occurred in the two groups. Conclusion It is demonstrated that kerman capsule is a safe and effective drug for the treatment of DR. ......
