摘要:目的 探讨有效提取龙血树总RNA的方法，为进一步开发和利用龙血树资源提供依据。 方法 以龙血树的根、茎和叶为实验材料，将Schneiderbauerd提出的从富含多酚类化合物的植物组织中提取总RNA的方法做了改进，建立了一种简单实用的从富含多酚类化合物的植物材料中提取总RNA的方法。 结果 所提RNA的0D260/OD230均大于2.0，OD260/OD280的值在1.80～1.92之间，电泳条带清晰，RNA完整性好。 结论 用该方法能高质高量地制备富含多酚类化合物的药用植物RNA。
