摘要:目的 探讨“双语教学”模式在血液内科临床实习中的作用。 方法 自2002年起在广州市第一人民医院血液内科实习的临床医学本科学生中开展双语交班、双语教学查房及双语“模拟诊疗”教学。 结果 内科学理论与临床实践及双语教学相结合的教学模式，使实习生能较熟练地运用英语进行内科学知识的学习与交流，最终达到能运用两种思维方式进行学科学习、思考和研究的目的。 结论 双语教学与临床实践相结合的教学模式对提高学生临床能力和专业英语水平有重要意义，值得推广。
