慢性肝炎患者血清IL6、IL8、IL10的变化及其临床意义

     摘要:目的探讨慢性肝炎患者血清白细胞介素6 (IL6)、白细胞介素8(IL8)和白细胞介素10(IL10)在慢性肝炎发展过程中的含量变化及其临床意义。方法用放射免疫分析法检测80例慢性肝炎患者和40例正常对照组血清IL6、IL8和IL10的水平。结果各组慢性肝炎患者血清IL6和IL8含量高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；IL10低于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。IL6、IL8和IL10水平的变化与慢性肝炎病变程度密切相关。结论细胞因子IL6、IL8和IL10在慢性肝炎发展过程中相互作用，联合检测其水平的变化对探讨慢性肝炎的诊断和预后具有重要意义。
