摘要:目的 探讨外阴尖锐湿疣(CA)患者同时伴有宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的可能性，为宫颈癌的防治提供理论依据。 方法 应用基因芯片技术，对58例外阴CA患者宫颈HPV-DNA亚型(18种高危型和5种低危型)进行分型检测;用同期无外阴CA的42例宫颈HPV-DNA作对照。 结果 外阴CA患者伴宫颈HPV占79.3%，明显高于对照组的19.0%(P<0.001);外阴CA患者宫颈糜烂较光滑者更多伴有宫颈HPV感染(P<0.05)。 结论 外阴尖锐湿疣患者宫颈HPV感染常见;对外阴尖锐湿疣患者在治疗外在疣体的同时，更应重视宫颈HPV-DNA检测及宫颈糜烂情况，并进行相应的治疗。
