孕妇羊水AFP的检测价值分析

【摘要】 目的： 探讨孕妇年龄因素对孕中期(16周)羊水甲胎蛋白(AFP)浓度的影响。方法： 采用电化学发光法，测定20051~12月来我院检查的怀孕16周孕妇羊水AFP浓度，将测定值按孕妇年龄分组(G1组、G2组、G3组)进行比较分析。结果： 羊水AFP浓度随孕妇年龄增大而升高(P<005)，且4例确诊胎儿神经管缺陷孕妇年龄均大于30岁。结论： 孕中期(16周)孕妇羊水AFP浓度受年龄因素影响，高龄孕妇羊水AFP浓度明显高于适龄孕妇。提示：高龄孕妇应做羊水AFP筛查检测，有助于提高神经管缺陷患儿的诊出率，避免患儿出生。【关键词】 羊水；甲胎蛋白；神经管缺陷
