    [摘要] 目的探讨严重复杂断肢患者再植术的护理方法。方法对11例严重复杂断肢患者进行维持有效循环、离断肢体正确保存、术后生命体征监测、血循环监测、心理、疼痛及康复护理。结果除2例3肢因挫伤严重改行残端修复术外，其余均再植成功。结论及时有效的救治和护理可以挽救生命、接活肢体、降低伤残程度。

    [Abstract] Objective To explore nursing methods for limbreplantation patients.Methods To take measures of maintaining effective circulation corrective ampatated limb preservation and vital signs monitoring and psychological and pain free and rehabilitation nursing for 11 cases of severe limb amputated patients.Results All except 2 cases with 3 limb were carried out amputation operation survived with successful limb replantation.Conclusion effective emergent treatment and nursing could save lives and make limb replantation successful and decrease morbidity.
