     【摘要】目的：探讨应用远端自锁髓内钉手术内固定治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法：自20008~200512月，我们采用远端自锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折38例，男性32例，女性6例；年龄19~65岁，平均36岁；其中肱骨上1/3骨折6例，中1/3骨折22例，下1/3骨折10例；闭合伤36例，开放伤2例。采用闭合复位或小切口复位方法插入自锁钉，其中顺行插针法28例，逆行插针法10例，术后网状绷带固定2周。结果：随访25例，随访时间6~30个月，平均21个月，伤口均Ⅰ期愈合，无骨折不愈合。骨折临床愈合时间平均为12周，术后肩肘关节功能恢复良好。结论：远端自锁髓内钉操作简便，创伤小，固定可靠，并发症少，是治疗肱骨干骨折的较好方法。

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective： To investigate the clinical results of selfholding bone nail for treating fracture of shaft of humerus.Methods: 38 cases (32 men, 6 women; 6 superior segment, 22 midpiece, 10 inferior segment; 36 close injury, 2 open injury) were selected. The diaplasis for the fracture was close or open with only a little incision, 28 with syndrom, 10 with retrogression.Results: 25 cases were followed up for an average of 21 months, no one was found disunion, and the functional recovery of the shoulder or elbow was excellent. Conclusion: Selfholding bone nail for fracture of shaft of humerus can be operated conveniently,fix stably with less combination, so it is a better way for treatment. ......
