青年脑卒中患者血清脂蛋白(α)与氧化低密度脂蛋白含量相关性分析

     【摘要】目的：探讨血清脂蛋白(α)[LP(α)]、氧化低密度脂蛋白[oxLDL]含量增高与青年人卒中危险因素的关系。方法：采取酶联免疫检测仪测定50例青年人脑卒中患者LP(α)、oxLDL含量，并与50例正常对照者进行比较。结果：青年人脑卒中患者血清LP(α)、oxLDL含量显著高于对照组。结论：血清LP(α)、oxLDL含量增高是青年人脑卒中的重要危险因素。

    Analyse on the Relationship between Serum Content of LP(α) and OxLDL in Young Stroke Patients

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective：To investigate the relationship between serum content of LP(α)、oxLDL and dangerous factors of young stroke.Methods:Serum content of LP(α) and oxLDL were determined by ELISA way in the young stroke group (50 cases ) and the result was compared with that of control group (50 healthy people ). Results: Serum contents of LP(α) and oxLDL in young stroke cases are more higher than that of control group.Conclusion: Increased serum content of LP(α) and oxLDL are important dangerous factors for young stroke cases.
