【摘要】 目的 探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)儿童的气质特征及心理治疗。方法 采用Carey儿童气质量表系列中8～12岁儿童气质问卷对68例8～12岁的ADHD患儿进行测查。其中38例ADHD患儿进行了认知行为综合训练，治疗前后分别用气质问卷、数字划销测验进行评估，然后进行治疗前后的比较。结果 ADHD组儿童的气质类型和常模组比较有显著差异，ADHD组儿童的气质维度明显增高的因子有活动水平、节律性、适应性、反应强度、心境、持久性、注意转移、反应阈。38例进行认知行为综合训练的ADHD患儿，治疗后活动水平、节律性、适应性、持久性四个气质维度的得分明显下降，数字划销测验治疗前后有显著差异。结论 根据患儿的气质特征，制订个性化的家庭认知综合训练方案，对ADHD患儿的治疗是有效的。

    The Temperament Traits and Psychological Treatments on ADHD Children.

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the temperament traits and psychological treatments of ADHD children. Methods Carey Temperament scale was applied to 68 ADHD children aged 8-12. 38 of them undertook cognitive behavior unified training. Temperament Questionnaire and numeric cross-out examination were used to assess and compared before and after treatment. Results Significant difference was observed in temperament types between ADHD group and that of the norms. The scores of following dimensions increased obviously in ADHD group; activity level, rhythmicity, adaptability, response strength, frame of mind, endurance, shifting of attention, reaction threshold. 38 ADHD children taking cognitive behavior unified training had decreasing scores in the following four dimensions: activity level, rhythm city, adaptability, endurance. Significant difference was observed before and after treatment in numeric cross-out examination. Conclusions working-out unique family cognitive training program according to ADHD children’s temperament traits is effective to their treatment. ......
