摘要: 目的 优化盐酸安非他酮渗透泵控释片的包衣处方。方法 采用正交设计优化包衣处方,对盐酸安非他酮渗透泵控释片进行体外释放度考察。结果 所得优化处方为:衣膜质量8 mg,致孔剂PEG1500质量浓度4.8 g·L-1。结论 按优化处方制备的样品在10 h内呈现良好的零级释放特征。

Formulation optimization of bupropion hydrochloride osmotic pump controlled release tablets with orthogonal design

Abstract: Objective To optimize the coating formulation of bupropion hydrochloride osmotic pump controlled release tablets. Methods Based on the pre-formulation research, orthogonal design was adopted for optimizing the coating formulation. Coating thickness, species of PEG and PEG content in the coating solution were selected as the causal factors. The in vitro release of bupropion hydrochloride from controlled release tablets was investigated. Results PEG1500 was choosed as the coating materials with the content of 4.8 g·L-1 and coating thickness was 8 mg. Conclusion The optimum formulation has the excellent zero-order release character in vitro during first 10 hours.
