超声引导经皮肾穿刺活检294例护理体会

[摘要] 目的 观察分析肾脏病患者经皮肾活检的并发症，提出有效的护理措施。方法 294例肾脏病患者，在B超引导下行经皮肾穿刺活检术，就其并发症进行观察护理。 结果 肾活检并发症发生率为27.21%，其中低热2.72%，肉眼血尿4.08%。结论 针对肾穿刺活检病人，除实施常规肾活检护理措施外，更应重视肾活检24 h后的观察。加强术前术后对患者的健康教育、心理护理，消除患者恐惧心理，在一定程度上可减少并发症和不良反应的发生。[关键词] 肾活检；护理
Observation and nursing for patient underwent percutaneous kidney biopsy under ultrasound

[Abstract] Objective To observe the complications of the patients,after renal biopsy and the effective nursing measures on them.Methods Two hundred and ninty four cases suffering from kidney diseases were observed and nursed carefully after renal biopsy aided by Bultrasound. Results The incidents of the complications after renal biopsy were 27.21%,among which low grade fever accoureed for 2.72%,visible blood urine 4.08%. Conclusion The 24-hours observation on the patienets after renal biopsy should be valued in addition to routine nursing measures.Health education before and after biopsy and mental nursing to alleviate fear mood are beneficial for decreasing complications and adverse reaction after renal biopsy. ......
