摘要 目的:观察新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)脑电地形图(BEAM)的变化及其意义。方法:对100例新生儿HIE进行常规BEAM检查。结果:98例(98%)患者出现BEAM 异常，以背景活动异常为主。结论:BEAM是观察新生儿HIE脑功能状态的敏感指标。
