儿童葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征93例临床分析 (pdf)

    【摘要】 目的 探讨儿童葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征的诱发因素、临床表现、治疗效果。方法 对93例儿童葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征进行回顾性分析。结果 新生儿并不多仅占4.3%，患病集中于1～3岁占43%，>5岁患病并不少见，占14.0%；本组病例中67例(72%)有明确的感染因素，其中培养出金黄色葡萄球菌10例，35例免疫功能检查，27例(77.1%)显示IgA低下；予以新青霉素Ⅱ、头孢霉素治疗，全部治愈。结论 葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患病并不局限于新生儿和婴幼儿，较大儿童患病也较多。加强免疫、防止和治疗感染是重要的预防措施，新青霉素Ⅱ、头孢霉素仍是首选有效的治疗药物。

    Clinical analysis of 93 cases of children staphylococcal scald skin syndrome

    【Abstract】 Objective Discussing the Staphylococcal scald skin sydrome(SSSS)to draft clinical characteristics.Methods Children of 93 cases SSSS general information on clinical,laboratory tests,therapy and prognosis were retrospectively analyzed.Results In this group,not many newborns,only 4.3% of patients and 43% concentrated in one to three years,more than 5 years old illness is not uncommon,accounting for 14.0%.This information,a clear factor in 67 cases of infection(72%).Staphylococcus aureus which cultivate to 10 cases.35 cases of immune function test,27 cases(77.1%)showed low IgA.All cases be neomysin Ⅱ and/or cephalosporins treatment were cured.Conclusion SSSS is not limited to newborns and infants,older children are to prone more sick.Immunization and the preventive and treatment of infection is more important measures.Neomysin Ⅱ and cophalosporsins is still effective for the treatment of choice. ......
