多罗清泰颗粒与环磷酰胺合并使用的抑瘤作用实验研究*

     【摘要】 目的 探讨多罗清泰颗粒与环磷酰胺合用的抑瘤作用。方法 按药物体内抑瘤作用常规筛选方法进行,实验动物用NIH小鼠。瘤株为小鼠肝癌(Hepatoma)。小鼠随机分成4组,每组10只。阴性对照组以蒸馏水灌胃。阳性对照组以环磷酰胺(CTX)20mg/kg灌胃一次。第1实验组:多罗清泰颗粒4g/(kg·d)灌胃。第2实验组:多罗清泰颗粒4g/(kg·d)+CTX 20mg/kg一次灌胃,各组均于接种后24h开始灌胃给药,连续10天。均于末次给药后24h处死,计算抑瘤率。并用t检验和方差检验进行显著性的检测。用金正均法检测各单独用药组与合并用药组之间抑瘤作用的相关意义(用Q值表示)。结果 各组抑瘤率分别是:阳性对照组(CTX)为65.0%~67.9%,第1实验组为66.8%~67.4%,第2实验组为83.4%~84.2%。各实验组的抑瘤作用与阴性对照组比较,差异均有非常显著性(P<0.001)。多罗清泰颗粒与CTX联合用药组与单用多罗清泰颗粒组或单用CTX组比较,经金正均法检测,前者的抑瘤率均明显高于后两者单独用药的抑瘤率(Q>0.85)。结论 多罗清泰颗粒与CTX两者联合使用具有相加的抑瘤作用,多罗清泰颗粒可减轻CTX的副作用。

    The study of anti-tumor effect by the combination of Duo Luo qingtai granule and cyclophosphamide

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of the combination of the Duo Luo qingta(DLs)granule and cyclophosphamide on mice transplanted solid tumor.Methods The in vivo tumor inhibition effect was evaluated by traditional method of drug screening.Fourty NIH mice were divided randomly into four groups and each group for ten.The mice of control group were given distilled water ig.The mice of positive control group were given cyclophosphamide(CTX)20mg/kg once only ig,the first experimental group were given DLs granule 4g/kg·d ig,and for the second experimental group,both CTX 20mg/kg(also for only one time)and DLs granule 4g/kg each time ig were used.Each group was given drugs continuously for ten days,24 hours after implantation of hepatocarcinoma cell line.All the mice were killed 24 hours after the drug given for the last time.The tumor were obtained and the rate of tumor inhibition were calculated.Student test and Jin zheng-juen method test(Q)were used to evaluate significant differences of groups.Results For the positive control group,the rate of tumor inhibition was 65.0%~67.9%,the first experimental group was 66.8%~67.4%and the third was 83.4%~84.2%.For each experimental group,the rate of tumor inhibition was significantly higher than that of the negative control group(P<0.001).And the rate of tumor inhibition of second experimental group was also remarkably higher than that of the first experimental group or the positive control group.(Q>0.85).Conclusion The combination of DLs granule and cyclophosphamide could cause synergic antitumor effect.And DLs granule could reduce the side effect caused by cyclophosphamide. ......
