MAG方案动员采集干细胞的护理 (pdf)[摘要] 目的 探讨运用MAG方案动员采集干细胞的护理。方法 对56例恶性血液病患者采用MAG方案动员外周血造血干细胞，动员前协助医师做好各项检查，动员过程中按时准确给药，采集过程中做好护理配合。 结果 56例患者均采集成功。 结论 在MAG方案动员采集过程中认真完成上述护理工作是造血干细胞采集成功的重要因素。

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the nurse for mobilizing autologous peripheral blood stem cells (APBSCT) in patients with hematopoietic malignancies by MAG regimen.Methods Examined patients carefully before mobilizing,administrated medicine on time and kept the vessel in superior vena cave unobstructed during mobilizing.Results Mobilizing of PBSC was successful in all 56 patients.Conclusion Successful nursing is very important for successful mobilization of PBSC.
