【摘要】 目的 了解南通市高中生抑郁情绪的发生情况并探讨其影响因素，为中学生心理健康教育与咨询提供依据。 方法 采用Beck抑郁自评问卷，对南通市高中生3798名进行调查。 结果 高中生抑郁情绪的检出率为25.5%。非条件Logistic回归分析结果提示，抑郁情绪与家庭结构、同伴关系、家庭关系、年级及学校类型等变量有关。 结论 改善人际关系、减轻学习负担有利于降低高中生抑郁情绪的发生。
