[摘要]目的: 评价静脉营养在治疗危重新生儿中的作用。 方法: 42例危重新生儿均积极治疗原发病，并给予静脉输入营养液，同时对有关指标进行监测。 结果: 42例中2例死亡，死亡原因分别为重症感染和心跳呼吸骤停，其余40例均获满意结果。在静脉营养期间平均每日体重增长10～25g。 结论: 静脉营养对危重新生儿的体重增长有重要的临床意义，是一种安全有效的支持疗法。
