复杂性膀胱-阴道瘘临床诊疗的研究 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨复杂性膀胱-阴道瘘手术的方法。方法 回顾15例膀胱-阴道瘘的手术治疗体会。结果 手术18例次，一次手术成功率为85%，其中3例2次手术成功。经阴道手术17例次，经腹-膀胱4例次。结论 充分的准备、足够的瘘孔周围分离、适当的创缘修剪、良好的组织血供、无张力缝合是提高瘘手术成功率的要素。
