肾精亏虚证耳聋的临床治疗

摘要：目的探讨补肾填髓结合益气活血法治疗肾精亏虚证耳聋的临床疗效。方法选取240例符合入选标准的病例，采用随机化方法分为试验组与对照组，各为120例。采用两级盲法设计，试验组选用补肾填髓结合益气活血法治疗，对照组选用补肾填髓法治疗。第45天对各项结果进行统计分析。结果两组痊愈率无明显差别，试验组的有效率明显高于对照组。结论治疗肾精亏虚证耳聋采用补肾填髓结合益气活血法效果更佳。关键词：感音神经性耳聋； 双盲对照； 中医药治疗
Clinic Therapy on Sensorineural Deafness in Kidney Essence Vacuity.

Abstract：ObjectiveTo estimate the clinic effect about combing supplement the kidney and quicken the blood and boosting qi treating sensorineural deafness in kidney essence vacuity. Methods240 patients were selected according with scheme, adopting random principal, made 240 cases into two groups, experiment group and control group, two groups have equal cases. Two blind levels were used. Experimental group adopted supplement the kidney and quicken the blood and boosting qi, control group adopted supplement the kidney. On 45th day, static analysis was adopted according with the score. ResultsThere is no significant different in recovery between two groups .Experimental group has higher effective. ConclusionThere is better effective on combing supplement the kidney and quicken the bolld and boosting qi treating sensorineural deafness in kidney essence vacuity. ......
