    [Abstract] Blumea balsamifera (L.)DC which is the Chinese traditional crude drug and the crude material of the natural borneol, is the important material of the pharmaceutical industry and the perfume industry. It sums up the update studying progress of the Blumea balsamifera (L.)DC. about its chemical constituents and pharmacologic actions in this article.

    艾纳香[Blumea balsamifera (L.)DC.]是菊科艾纳香属多年生草本植物，生长在热带、亚热带，耐旱喜温不耐寒。艾纳香是提取天然冰片(含左旋龙脑)的原料药材，性味温辛，有温中活血、祛风除湿、消炎镇痛之功效，可用于治疗寒湿泻痢、腹痛肠鸣、跌打刀伤和高血压等病症[1，2]。

    艾纳香为贵州省优势药物种类，主要分布在贵州省热量资源最为丰富的地带，如：罗甸、望漠、兴义、安龙、册亨、贞丰、赤水等。贵州省的罗甸县、望漠县已成为全国最大的艾纳香出产地[3]。这些区域的气候特点是热量丰富、无霜期长、日照时数大。年平均温度为18.60 ℃～20.35 ℃，最冷月平均气温8.00 ℃～10.45 ℃,年积温5750 ℃～6500 ℃ ......
