     Establishment of immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines in a pedigree of cerebral cavernous malformations

    【Abstract】 AIM: To establish immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines in a pedigree of cerebral cavernous malformations(CCM). METHODS: The cell lines were constructed by means of adding EpsteinBarr virus and Cyclosporine A onto peripheral B lymphocytes. RESULTS: We successfully established 7 immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines in the family, and 5 of them suffered from CCM. CONCLUSION: These immortal lymphoblastoid cell lines would preserve the unique genome of CCM.
