芒果叶提取物的镇咳祛痰作用研究

摘要：目的探讨芒果叶提取物对小鼠的镇咳、祛痰作用。方法采用水和醇对芒果叶提取，提取物对小鼠进行氨水引咳法和酚红气管排泄法镇咳、祛痰实验。结果芒果叶提取物的镇咳、祛痰作用与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。结论芒果叶提取物具有显著的镇咳、祛痰作用。关键词：芒果叶； 提取物； 镇咳； 祛痰； 小鼠
The Antitussive and Expectorant Effects of Mangifera Leaves Extract

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the antitussive and expectorant effect of Mango leaves extract on mice with cough. Methods The extract was separated from Mango leaves using distilled water and ethanol as solvents. An antitussive and expectorant test was performed on mice with cough induced by ammonia water. Results The Mango leaves extract was effective on mice with cough, in comparison with the control group, there was statistically significant difference (P<0.05 or 0.01).Conclusion Mango leaves extract has significant antititussive and expectorant efficacy.
